RSL Care, Queenslands largest retrirement living developers, were planning to build
their first $38M luxury apartment block in beautiful Hervey Bay that was outside their usual scope of affordable, budget living. It needed it to be a success.
Collaborating with a market research company and appointing an advertising strategist and
copywriter, Chris conceived and produced creative for all the brand and advertising collateral
over an 18 month period.
Main sales brochure - cover (above) and selection of inside spreads capture the beauty of the area and luxury laid back lifestyle (below).
A campaign of print advertising in local papers was undertaken over the 18 month period (above and below).
Regular newsletters accompanied mail outs to targeted recipients within the region informing them of the development's progress (above).
A display centre was established to accommodate all enquiries (above).
Travellers on-route to Hervey Bay were exposed to a
series of large road signs (above and right).
A unique website was a resource for additional information including floor plans and a video of the area.
