RSL Care, Queenslands largest retrirement living developers, were planning to build
their first luxury apartment block in beautiful Hervey Bay that was beyond their usual scope of affordable, budget living. It needed it to be a success.
Collaborating with a market research company and appointing an advertising strategist and
